Part of this commitment includes the safe use and identification of chemicals per the applicable requirements of EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, also known as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals).

Under REACH, APM HEXSEAL is considered to be a downstream user. As such, we have a key role to play in advancing the safe use of chemicals and communicating relevant information to our customers.

We confirm REACH compliance via our supply chain partners. We continually work with our suppliers to ensure that all requirements are met and that they remain in full compliance with current and future REACH requirements.
